I'm 15 and I've been bullied all my life.

And I am not giving negative effect, I was being honest and trying to help you develop your character. I tried helping you, but you though I didn't like you or no one wanted you, and that you didn't had respect.

Plus, if you're 11 years old, you can't be on daviantART. Only Come until you're 13.

Yes, you will, I was only trying to help. But in m chat some characters are not accepted by being different type than they should. For that you could go to PokeCentralRP.

Now don't say I dislike you or I'm rude, because trying to help you with your character is much different than that.
